Duncan Kilbride, Chairman

Duncan was initiated into Tateshall Lodge No 7645 in 1993, he is a very committed freemason, Past Acting Provincial Senior Grand Warden, an active member of three Craft Lodges, two Chapters and is the current Provincial Grand Secretary of the Mark Province of N& E Yorkshire. A past President of the Midland Institute of Mining CIO - awarded Fellowship (FIMMM). Duncan started to work with WRMCL in 2016 with a responsibility of membership, he became a director in 2019, Chairman of the Compliance Committee in 2020, Elected Chairman of WRMCL in 2021. Duncan was Instrumental in restructuring the membership and amendments to the Articles of Association of WRMCL in 2023.

Ian Wright, Deputy Chairman

Ian held many senior management posts within the NCB before rising to Head of Operations in Supply and Contracts for the whole country. He later set up as a Management Consultant specialising in logistics and procurement and insurance compliance. Ian was initiated into Peace and Unity Lodge No. 6312 (Durham) in 1972 and is a committed freemason being a member of 3 Craft Lodges, 2 RA Chapters, a Mark Lodge and a Red Cross of Constantine Conclave. In 2008 he was appointed acting Provincial ADC, acting Provincial JGW in 2015, Past Provincial SGW in 2016 and Past Assistant Director of Ceremonies in Grand Lodge in 2017.  He served as Assistant to APGM in Area 4 for 5 years from 2018. Ian was Administrator of the then PGM’s Fund from 2014 to 2020. He is a member of, and provincial representative of the MCF. In 2022 Ian became a Director of WRMCL and is responsible for the Community Fund, Compliance, Lord Lieutenancies and Communities and is a member of the Governance Committee. Outside of Masonry, Ian has been involved as a Parish Councillor, Golf Club Secretary, is a Trustee and Treasurer of a local hospital charity and has raised many thousands of pounds for local charities

Keith Bradley, Director - TLC and Beneficiaries

Keith was initiated into Kirklees Lodge No 4710 in 1998, became WM in 2006 and as IPM took on the role of Charity Steward in April 2007, overseeing the end of the 2007 Festival and steering the lodge through to the end of the 2017 Festival. Keith took on the role of a co-opted member of the WRMCL Board in 2020 before his appointment as Director in 2021 with key responsibilities for WRMCL Beneficiaries and Teddies for Loving Care.Keith is a Royal Arch Mason, Lodge Liaison Officer, Craft Installation Representative and a Grand Lodge officer in Mark where he is an elected member of the Charity committee. Outside of Freemasonry, he retired in 2019 and is a father of 3 sons and 3 grandsons, is a Season ticket holder at Aston Villa and follows them all over the UK and Europe with his wife and sons.

Raymond Lodge, Director - Care and Support Fund Lead

Raymond has been a Freemason for 37 years and involved with Charity for pretty much all that time. Charity Steward to start with then became Charity Exec Assistant looking after 5 Lodges in Area 2, subsequently became Area 2 Chairman, a post he held for 5 years. Raymond served as PJGW of the Province in 2018/19 and became a Director of WRMCL in 2020. He has been involved in the planning of several large events over the years ranging from 2017 RMBI Festival, the 2007 Grand Festival Dinner and the 150 Year Celebration of WRMC Ltd.

Nick Doyles, Director - Care and Support Fund Lead

Nick started work as an Engineer and spent 14 years in the Royal Navy, part of which was serving on HMS Invincible during the Falklands war. The remainder of his working career was spent in the Engineering Inspection industry. His introduction to charity was as the Zurich Engineering representative for Zurich Community Trust, the charity arm of Zurich Insurance. Nick joined Freemasonry in 2002, was a Provincial DC from 2018 to 2024 and PSGW in 2024/25. Nick started with WRMCL in 2018 and became a director in 2020, responsible for the Care & Support fund and is a member of the Finance Committee. Outside Freemasonry Nick enjoys walking, cycling and spending time with family, especially his 2 grandchildren.

Gary Blackburn - Financial Director

Gary is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 45 years post qualification experience in the profession specialising in business turnaround and recovery. A Freemason and a member of Chapter since1981, Gary was appointed Finance Director of WRMCL in 2023. Outside Lodge, Gary has been President of his local Cleckheaton Sports Club for the last 7 years and hobbies include most sporting activities, including Crown green bowling and rugby union.

Paul Nash, Director - Governance

Paul is a retired solicitor, having practiced in Leeds, Sheffield and Hull; he was the managing partner of a nationally recognised firm of solicitors for 11 years. He was an active member of British Junior Chamber and the chairman of Yorkshire Junior Chamber. He was initiated in 1992 and is a member of three lodges and one chapter and a liaison officer for three lodges and two chapters. He was part of the Provincial Directors of Ceremonies team for six years, was a member of the Provincial Communications Committee for eight years, has been the Provincial Senior Grand Warden and holds Grand Rank in the craft. Paul was co-opted to WRMCL as its legal advisor from 2020 until he was appointed as a director in 2023.

Graham Hoyle, Director - Administration

Graham is a Chartered Engineer, now retired, with over 40 years’ experience in building design, construction and facilities management. A Freemason for over 36 years and member of Royal Arch Chapter since 1993, Graham has served as Charity Steward for over 20 years and Provincial Charity Assistant for more than 15 years and has experience as both a Lodge and Chapter Liaison officer. Graham was appointed WRMCL’s Director of Administration in 2023, where he works two days each week in WRMCLs registered office in Leeds. Prior to his retirement Graham was heavily involved in Scouting for over 25 years, where he served the local Scout group as both Scout Leader and Group Scout leader. He has also served as an active member of his professional institution for over 30 years, in various offices, including regional Chairman. In his spare time, he now provides property maintenance expertise for his local church.

Garry Fuller, Director

A Freemason since 2000, Garry was co-opted to the Board of WRMCL in 2023 following his early retirement from international finance and insurance.  He is a qualified company Director and Marketer by profession. Garry was appointed to the Board in 2024. He is Chair of the Strategic Planning & Risk Committee, a member of the Administration and Compliance Committees and works closely with the Chairman & Directors in the development and implementation of the company’s medium-term strategy.

Graham Shiers, Company Secretary

Graham joined Freemasonry in 1992. He was the Provincial Assistant G Secretary from 2010 to 2012 and is currently a Lodge Liaison Officer and Craft Installation Representative. A member of two Craft Lodges, a RA Chapter and a Mark Lodge, he began working with WRMCL when he was appointed to the WRMCL Compliance Committee in 2011, becoming secretary in 2016 until being appointed as Company Secretary to WRMCL in 2022. Graham works closely with the Chairman and directors, coordinates the WRMCL AGM and is a member of the Administration and Communications Committees. Outside Freemasonry Graham has a number of business interests and is a proud Grandfather, a keen supporter of Leeds Rhinos and a somewhat reluctant gym member.
